Organisation, attention to detail, time management, and communication are all essential. You also need to be confident using office software.
2. How do you stay organised when handling multiple tasks?
I prioritise using a to-do list, set reminders on my calendar, and block out time for important tasks. I review progress regularly to stay on track.
3. Tell me about your experience with office software.
I’m confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and databases like CRM systems. I’ve used spreadsheets to track information and handled email communications daily.

I follow data protection policies, store files securely, and never share private details unless it’s with authorised staff. I take confidentiality very seriously.
5. What would you do if a visitor arrived without an appointment?
I’d greet them professionally, check their reason for visiting, and contact the relevant person. If needed, I’d offer to reschedule or pass on their message.
6. How do you handle repetitive tasks?
